Vacflo customer service is so impressive and sets the standard. We installed the Vacuflo when home was built in 2006. We were so impressed when a problem developed many years later and no charge service was provided including a home visit to analyze the unit and change a small part. I highly recommend Vacuflo and will only purchase systems from them in the future. Highest recommendation possible - you will not be disappointed.
